Triste has a long list of professional clients. The first big organizing project she worked on, alongside another organizer, was at Fuji in Greenwood. She spent months organizing storerooms with small parts to be sorted, organized and labeled electronically. Since then, professionals she has assisted includes, but not limited to, an environmental engineer, accountant, attorneys, graphic designer, general contractors, artists, Clemson professors, Mary Kay Directors, teachers, internet retailer, bankers, insurance agents, nonprofit CEO and other CEO's, financial advisor, architect, interior designers, hospital staff and a dentist.
Our services can be provided right over our phones or laptops. We will look at your space virtually with you and will be able to start right away in most instances. Quicken and Quickbook financial assistance and management.
This service sets up or uses your current Quicken or Quickbooks program to manage your personal or business finances, it also includes running reports during tax preparation. You can have weekly or monthly appointments to keep bookkeeping and bills entered for monthly reports which will keep you on a budget and financial goals on target. Many individuals and businesses have relied on Triste to come in and go through the mail, enter the bills, pay the bills, reconcile their bank statements and keep all those documents nice and organized. While going through office drawers, she has found old checks and long missing papers. She once found a check for $2500 for her client! Numerous times money has been found during this process.
Paper piles into files, find anything in less than 5 seconds.
We've proven it over and over to our clients and it never ceases to amaze them. If your mail is piling up, then we'll tackle through it with you and bring important items to your attention, set up our signature filing system that, when finished, documents can be retrieved by clients in five seconds or less, however the average is three seconds. No more paper piles. We'll teach you the skills so you can be successful with paper management even if you have never been before.
Triste has seen piles and bins of paper in her days. She carefully goes through papers with her client to sort out which ones need to be kept and the rest become bags full of papers that can be shredded or trashed. You'll also learn which documents need to be archived and for how long. She has taught men and women, at seminars and speeches, some of the tricks of getting rid of unnecessary paper right away, which is very freeing and keeps paper to a minimum since 99% of her clients have struggled with paper clutter!
IMPORTANT DOCUMENT ORGANIZATION. Client's need to know where their important documents are along with keys, accounts and contacts that loved ones will need in case of an emergency or death. None of us enjoy thinking about these things, but unfortunately we have been called after tragedy strikes and had to walk this path with individuals who not only became clients but friends. This is an important service for everyone. There's many small details that can be missed when grieving and going through a loss. An insurance policy worth $20K was found by Triste for a client that had lost her husband tragically in a car accident. It would've been overlooked by most people, but Triste's attention to detail was a great blessing to her client.
Decorating and design
Building or remodeling projects can be assisted with our decorating and design services. We have assisted our clients in kitchen, closet and pantry designs. You may have current design plans that you would like our opinion on during a consultation or a blank space that needs a design drawn up. We can assist you in that process. We go beyond just systemizing and design to help our clients pick out flooring, paint colors, furniture and decor to make their space beautiful and organized.
Downsizing? We walk beside you or your aging parents through the process of choosing which items would work best in your new downsized space. We'll make it feel like home.
Give Triste an empty space and it becomes a clean canvas for her creativity. Many closet and kitchen companies come in and measure the space and put cabinets and shelves where they fit in, not always what makes organizational sense. A man's closet does not have the same needs as a woman's closet. A kitchen for a couple does not have the same needs as a large family or someone who has a passion for being a home chef. We take into consideration the exact items that will be stored and individualize those spaces. Your home and office spaces will literally be designed just for you. Working with an architect or designer currently? Consider having us collaborate with them. Getting perfect results on your project matters to us. Clients have not regretted changing the plans for shelving in a closet or pantry, likewise drawers instead of cabinets in a kitchen.
For five years Triste has homeschooled. Balancing home life and school life is a delicate balance. Creating the structure to keep school running smoothly and keeping the boundaries of space and time organized is a must. She has mentored moms, especially in the Abeka curriculum, be successful in their homeschooling endeavors. Alleviating some of the common mistakes made during homeschooling can help the parents and the children have a more peaceful environment to grow and learn in.
